Infinity Equine Unlimited

Diane began Infinity Equine Unlimited with the drive to care for the Horse and the Rider as a team. She is a certified Reiki Master and Equine Myo Manipulative Functional Therapist. She treats both people and animals and has found a way to combine the two entities together for one whole treatment plan. Diane found that only treating the horse was not always enough and began giving Reiki sessions to the riders as well. The results have been tremendously successful.

Reiki energy healing has helped anxious riders relax and focus on the horse’s training rather their own apprehensions and fears. This allows the rider to release the tension in the reins allowing the horse to move in a more natural gait and frame. Reiki energy healing has also been used to treat pain and discomfort in the body of BOTH horse and rider.

Myo Manipulative Functional Therapy (Massage) has been very successful for the horses that Diane has worked on and continues to work on. She uses many different techniques during her massages such as Trigger Point release, T Touch, Infrared and LED light therapy, Essential oil application, Kinesiology Tape applications and Reiki energy therapy.

The final piece to the puzzle has been to incorporate saddle fitting and bit/bridle selection to the therapy treatment plan. Proper fitting tack is crucial in the optimal performance of both the horse and rider. Saddles that do NOT fit properly can lead to wither and back pain/injury. Diane spends time evaluating the horse’s tack on the ground and while being ridden and then discusses observations with the rider and gives suggestions for appropriate changes.
